You would come meet up with one of our lovely leasing agents at Nueva Vida Apartments, who can help you start the process. You would the fill out an application and pay for an Application Fee ($75) and an Administrative Fee ($150). After you fill out your application and pay the application and admin fees, we would then do background check to determine if you are accepted or declined.

The move-in process starts with signing the lease agreement, paying the first month's rent and security deposit, and receiving the keys to your new apartment.
